Privacy
You are handing us a document with your name and address on it. This page says what happens to it, field by field, in the same words as the database it goes into.
The short version
- We keep the quotes people send us. That corpus is the product — it is how the tool learns what a complete quote looks like and what work actually costs in a place.
- We strip your name, address, phone, email and the contractor license number before the quote reaches anyone working on pricing.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not hand your quote or your contact details to a contractor. There is no lead-generation business behind this page.
- You can have everything we hold about a submission deleted. One email, no reason needed.
What we store, and why each field is there
This table is the insert statement. A gate in our build fails if we add a column to the quote tables and do not add it here, so this list cannot quietly fall behind the schema.

The one thing worth reading twice
We keep the original text of your quote, not only the redacted copy. We do that because when we find a bug in the reader we have to re-read old quotes to find out how many people it gave a wrong answer to, and a redacted copy will not always support that. The original is not what gets used to build cost ranges and it is not what anyone working on pricing opens. If you would rather we did not hold it, ask us to delete the submission and we will delete the row, original included.
What you agreed to, exactly
These are the boxes on the upload form. Each is a separate choice and only the first is required — bundling them would make the consent worthless. We store the wording you were shown alongside your answer, so if we change this text later, your record still shows the version you actually saw.

Not built yet. When it is, this is the permission that lets CasaClerk request bids for you rather than handing you a list to call. We will tell you exactly who we contacted and what we shared. You can withdraw this at any time and we will not act on it before telling you.
Who else touches it
We use these companies to run the site. We do not sell data to anyone, and none of these are advertising relationships.

The assistant
The chat assistant on this site sends your question to Anthropic to be answered. It cannot see your uploaded quote, your email, or anything else you have submitted — it only gets the question you typed and whatever our own cost and rules data returns for it. Do not paste your address or phone number into it; there is no reason to, and we would rather not hold it.
Analytics and cookies
We run Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation on, to see which pages people use. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not run a retargeting tag, and we do not send Analytics anything from your quote — not the total, not the trade, not the ZIP. If you block it, everything on the site still works.
How long we keep it
Quote submissions are kept indefinitely, because a cost corpus that expires is not a corpus. Everything else — request logs, analytics — follows the retention of the service that holds it. If you ask us to delete a submission we delete the row and its consent record rather than flagging it hidden.
Your rights, wherever you live
We apply the same rules to everyone rather than gating them on residency: you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw any of the optional permissions above. Email privacy@casaclerk.com. If you have the confirmation ID from your result page, include it — it is the fastest way for us to find the right row. If you do not, tell us the approximate date and the email address you used.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we have not in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
When this page changes materially we change the effective date and say what changed. Consent wording is versioned separately and a new version never applies retroactively to a submission made under an older one.
